Despite the whole japanese-anime-cat-ear-fetish thing I think it’s a pretty damn cool invention. The whole point of it was to bring neurotechnology closer to home for consumers to use for various purposes. I don’t know, this kind of shit is cool, the whole product being able to react in regards to the wearers brain waves is neat. It’s exciting to see what kind of products and advances we will make with this kind of technology in the next decade.

Oh yeah, that’s definitely pretty cool. I mean right now it would be weird to see someone walking around with that kind of technology on them, might be different in a few years, who knows?

Sure, the commercial is kindof corny, but as far as Japanese commercials go, this is incredibly normal. And as far as inventions go, this is far from dumb. What they’re experimenting with here could potentially lead to mechanical limbs that could be controlled via brain waves.
